Project Human Resources is a boutique human resources agency in Subiaco that specialises in white collar recruitment and HR consulting within mining & resources, HR & business support, and building & construction. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate to help us continue to build and execute our long-term growth strategy. Does this sound like you? If so, keep reading!

This role will be responsible for expanding our reach, strengthening our existing client relationships, building new client relationships, and seeking out other opportunities to boost our profile and set our agency apart from others.

About the Role:

  • Help develop and execute our business development strategy that prioritises growth and positive customer relationships
  • Maintain and nurture positive professional relationships with our existing clients
  • Monitor progress to ensure that our growth goals are being met
  • Conduct industry research to develop effective business development techniques
  • Research prospective clients, make contact and promote our services to them
  • Attend networking events and industry events, acting as the representative for our business
  • Follow industry trends and adapt your business development approach as required
  • Office-based (Subiaco) with travel to clients, meetings and events as required
  • Travel reimbursement provided

About You:

  • Experience in a Business Development or Sales role is essential
  • Experience within mining & resources, HR & business support, or building & construction is ideal
  • Proven knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Proven ability to work both within a team and independently
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Must have Australian working rights
  • Must have an Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
