Seeking a Document Controller in Perth: Records Management & Document Control (Administration & Office Support)
Looking for a vibrant role in document control? Join our team in Perth! We’re a leading National Tier 2 Building Contractor seeking a Document Controller to join our dynamic Perth office. As a key player in our innovative, financially robust organization, you’ll be part of a $500m+ turnover business with cutting-edge systems like Acconex.
Your role will involve:
- Maintaining document control registers and procedures
- Managing correspondence filing systems
- Compiling operations and Maintenance manuals
- Expediting documentation review and approval
- Supervising document flow
- Issuing and tracking documents and drawings
- Handling general project administration duties
To excel in this role
- You should have recent commercial building experience
- A background working for Building Contractors
- Proficiency in Aconex
- Minimum of at least 3 years of Document Control experience
- Plus, you must have the right to work in Australia.
