Seeking a Document Controller in Perth: Records Management & Document Control (Administration & Office Support)

 

Looking for a vibrant role in document control? Join our team in Perth! We’re a leading National Tier 2 Building Contractor seeking a Document Controller to join our dynamic Perth office. As a key player in our innovative, financially robust organization, you’ll be part of a $500m+ turnover business with cutting-edge systems like Acconex.

Your role will involve:

  • Maintaining document control registers and procedures
  • Managing correspondence filing systems
  • Compiling operations and Maintenance manuals
  • Expediting documentation review and approval
  • Supervising document flow
  • Issuing and tracking documents and drawings
  • Handling general project administration duties

To excel in this role

  • You should have recent commercial building experience
  • A background working for Building Contractors
  • Proficiency in Aconex
  • Minimum of at least 3 years of Document Control experience
  • Plus, you must have the right to work in Australia.
