Our client is a leading established global energy and resources company undergoing rapid development in the energy transition and renewables sector. The opportunity is for an accomplished Executive Assistant to support the company’s Business Development Director.

The role and responsibilities:

  • Executive administrative support to the Business Development Director
  • Corporate Document Control: SharePoint expert
  • Asset and Project Administration Support as required
  • Travel Management for the Australian office
  • Ensure group documentation, presentations, reports etc adhere to standardisation in close collaboration with the Business Planning and Performance Manager
  • Offer comprehensive administrative and office management support to the Perth-based team

Ideal candidate profile:

This role will suit a professional EA with experience providing executive level support.

Confidence working in diverse cross-functional business teams in a corporate environment.

Possess a high level of initiative with the aptitude to apply foresight and anticipate actionable matters.

Experience managing corporate travel in line with company policy.

Capacity to work autonomously whilst the Business Development Executive is overseas. Some flexibility required to maintain congruity within a globally split team (Perth and UK).

Highly personable, confident and detail oriented professional with the ability to deliver outputs in a timely manner.
