The Administrator/Executive Assistant role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office, requiring professionalism, cultural awareness, and excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Draft and format reports, correspondence, and presentations to a high standard.
- Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships are maintained.
- Support governance and compliance requirements through accurate record management.
- Assist with community and cultural event coordination when required.
About You:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting leadership.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and confidentiality.
- Culturally respectful, with the ability to engage appropriately across diverse communities.
- Willingness to travel within WA when required.
Desirable:
- Experience working within Aboriginal Corporations or community-based organisations.
- Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks.
