Our production and exploration client is looking for three Geology Field Assistants to join their production and exploration projects.
Reporting to the Geologist, you will provide assistance in site maintenance and pit/field duties in the mine site.
About the role:
- On going contract
- Various Roster 2:1, 8:6, or Campaign Style
- FIFO ex-Adelaide direct to site
- Start immediately
- Great driven team to work with
- Camp accommodation
Requirements:
- MUST be based in SA
- Some experience in hard-rock minerals is essential
- Australian Driver’s License
- Forklift ticket is essential
- Backhoe ticket is essential
- 4WD would be desired
- A National Police Clearance
- Pass a pre-employment medical, fitness testing, alcohol and drug testing
- Can-do attitude
- Great communication skills
- Comfortable with on-mobile accomodation (for the exploration roles)
- Recent Employment Reference from working in similar roles
- Must be an Australian resident or citizen
- Physically fit (proven)
The successful candidate must be reliable, helpful and amicable. Team dynamics are imperative for a well-functioning unit.
International candidates will not be considered at this stage.
