We are looking to grow and have three current vacancies. The positions include Resourcing Associate, Business Developer and Account Manager.
This role is to help us build quality talent pools and source candidates for many of our recruitment assignments.

Duties include:
Working with our Account Manager, the main functions of this position are
- To identify and engage with people who have skill sets that fit with our clients’ requirements.
- Build talent pools of prescreened quality candidates.
To achieve these successfully you will have to implement creative and effective sourcing strategies that engage with both active and passive candidates. As an expert, you will then conduct insightful and measured assessment processes to determine the strengths and weaknesses of employment talent
